The Post Covid-19 Workplace
Hello,
How are you doing?
I hope we have not settled into a state of anxiety.
One of my major concerns this Lockdown is what happens to my work after this pandemic.
It will be wrong to think that businesses and workplaces will return to normal after this pandemic.
It is no longer news that companies around the world are downsizing to remain profitable.
Some companies have advised their employees to apply for unpaid leave.
The current pandemic has affected global economies and this has resulted in a spike in the cost of essential goods and services.
How do people survive with income lines reducing and the cost of essential goods increasing?
What do we do to bridge the gap?
Honestly, sometimes I feel incapacitated because I currently am not engaged as I usually would be.
And this in itself poses a lot of emotional and physical trauma.
It is important that we look inward for solutions in these times.
For the employee, What skills can you acquire in this period that would make you an asset to your employer?
It is important to note that your skills can be sold to more than one employer per time.
For the Business Owner, What service can I develop at this time that people will pay for?
How do I stay relevant?
How do I diversify my business for better output?
How do I pivot my business during this pandemic?
The future is digital.
Business is no longer
The future is going to be exciting.
It starts with the decision you make today.
I will like you to watch this video and think about Value.
With Love.
